  • Good Knowledge of different versions of Manhattan Associates WMoS application
  • 5+ years of hands on experience in implementing and supporting complex  Manhattan Associates WMoS applications
  • Prior experience working in client facing roles
  • Deep understanding of warehouse operations
  • Prepare the business requirement documents and functional design documents after performing detailed analysis of the requests following the customers design standards and principles.
  • Good understanding of SAFE Agile and involvement in planning sessions to estimate the effort and break the work across multiple sprints. Capture the details in Change management tool
  • Participate in solution definition and validation sessions with Vendor(Manhattan) and finalize the development plan
  • Prepare the configuration scripts using Pl/SQL for automating the implementation of configuration changes in different environments 
  • Ensure the new code changes delivered by Manhattan are implemented in all environments as per defined implementation plan
  • Support the testing of new changes/bug fixes in different test cycles Base testing, smoke testing, System and Integration testing, User Acceptance testing phases
  • Coordinate and communicate with other upstream  and Downstream  systems, project and support team for faster resolution of issues.
  • Provide Implementation support during the Go – Live and Stabilization phases and transition of knowledge to support team
  • Ensure the modification documents delivered by Manhattan are as per project defined standards.
  • Contribute actively for continuous process improvements through team collaboration for application performance improvements and cost optimizations. 
  • Participate in business meetings, project meetings, planning meetings
  • Provide status reports to different stake holders.
  • Ensure the configuration is in sync across all environments as per customers Global Template.
  • Participate and contribute to Knowledge management initiatives with in the account.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
